Welcome to NHRC Group Fitness!

if you’re looking for an exercise program that strategically combines strength, cardio and core stability then you’ve come to the right place. We’ve taken the traditional “bootcamp” approach and made it more effective for our members.  Our unique approach focuses on challenging strength exercises paired with fast paced cardio movements all woven into a professionally designed circuit based format. At NHRC we call this Total Body Burn! 

Each class is engineered to specifically target lean muscle development and stimulate metabolic function which leads to health weight management. Let’s be honest, we all can go to the gym and make ourselves tired, but are we really doing the right exercises in the right format and with the right tempo to get the results we want? We’ve taken care of it for you. Each circuit is meticulously designed to leave you sweating and leave your muscles burning !

Our small group approach allows for more attention from our trainers to ensure you not only do the exercise with theunav-fitness-plan required intensity but also to help you avoid any injury.  Group based fitness is a great way to ensure accountability and make exercise your priority. Working with like minded members helps push you out of your comfort zone and help you reach your fitness goal.

Our Classes:

Total Body Burn 1 – 

This 45 minute circuit based class incorporates full body, functional training using the TRX suspension training system along with Kettlebells.  The specific combination and timing of the exercises helps you maximize your workout and boost your fat burning potential. Great for  beginner to intermediate levels.

Total Body Burn 2

“Total Body Burn 2” takes the traditional bootcamp approach to another level. This fast-paced class combines the TRX with medicine balls, kettlebells and sandbags all in one class.  The goal is to strategically  boost your metabolism using strength training and cardio based body weight training.  For intermediate to advanced training levels


Using a combination of the TRX suspension trainer and kettlebells, we have designed a class that is a perfect blend of strength and cardio.  Great for beginner to intermediate levels.

Our bootcamp style class utilizes our fully equipped strength and conditioning centre .  We combine the most effective conditioning exercises to ensure a metabolism boosting, heart pumping workout. Equipment may include, dumbbells, battle ropes, sandbags, push sleds, large tires.   All fitness levels welcome.
